Minority young people rarely see themselves as an integral, valued and recognized part of the society. Minorities are among the poorest and the most marginalized people in most countries. When issues of discrimination and identity development are coupled with factors such as fewer educational opportunities, some ethnic minority youth face a dual degree of vulnerability that places them at greater risk for negative outcomes.The theme of the project promotes the notion that minority youth should become local agents for social changes. The project is designed as a mutual learning situation, where participants can experience and compare different approaches to active participation. It is essential that minority young people, can get involved and make their contribution felt, not at least because it is their fundamental right as much as any other young person. Youth work plays an essential role in reaching and bringing together young people who face exclusion on a daily basis.Using attractive and visible methods such as: street art: graffiti, walls paintings, street animation: joggling, poi poi, clown, dance and music our participants will multiply effect in their everyday work for inclusion of minority youth. The exchange is consisted by public event that various massages will be sent through this it such as: social interaction and inclusion of minorities support the self confidence, providing tolerance and interreligious issues etcThis youth exchange will gather 42 participants and group leaders from: Albania, Bosna,Serbia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Romania and Macedonia.
