Problems connected with migrations in Europe – it is very actual topic nowadays. European countries are taking a huge number of migrant workers, which often a reason of fear among inhabitant in Europe.Youth exchange "Stereotypes and Migration in Europe" helps to our participants from Estonia, Latvia and Germany, how often they influenced by stereotypes, how to form or change their attitudes towards migration in Europe, migration crisis. The participants will discuss the problems and possible solutions, it may be, simulations, discussions, roles games, excursions. In addition to this, the program provides for the exchange of discussion and debate on the role of youth organizations and youth work in the integration of young people who have immigrated to the territory of Europe. The age of participants of our project is young people from 17-30 years old. For best development of young peoples' opinions we think that participants' amount should be well-balanced about 5 young men and 5 young ladies. All three countries should take into account this fact and try to choose the most active and interested in this topic young people. Every country has 10 participants and 1 leader The main aims of this project are following: - to identify different reasons of migrations, to understand how the inhabitants’ life changes in multicultural society, - to study the influence of cultural stereotypes, - to identify how mass media influences on humans’ perception about migrants, - to discuss and identify the meaning of migrations in modern Europe. The project will promote intercultural dialogue, through the use of non-formal education, as well as to stimulate interest and involvement the values of Europe and the possibilities of self-realization and education provided updated program «Erasmus +». Also will support for co-operation in the youth field in Europe. The realization of this project is strongly connected with Erasmus+ aims because it has an educational purpose among youngsters and to develop their understanding about the problem of migrations.After youth exchange participants will learn to know stereotypes, their reasons and will not be influenced, will check and use information on different sources, will be more tolerant for people other nationality, will shape their attitude about migrants, will know with different cultures, will appear partnership and teamwork experience, will know migration reasons, will get experience exchange, The organization also will get youth exchange, plane time, timetable doing, analysis, teamwork, youth from youth experience, different cultures knowledge, public speech experience, language practice, partnership, change experienceYouth will educated migration sphere, tolerant attitude about migrants, will interested town, country, European news
