Our partner in the project is Vitalis GmbH Organisation in Schkeuditz (near Leipzig), which has had long standing experience in realization of mobility projects. Its activity has been rewarded by the European Commission in the category of the Best Trainee Programme. International traineeship in Germany is provided for 2 groups of 20 students and 2 tutors in the following dates: the first group – 03.05.2015 to 30.05.2015; the second group – 01.05.2015 to 28.05.2015. The number of representatives from particular vocational courses will be proportional to the number of such students at school, that is: logistic technician – 10 students, IT technician – 5 students, hairdressing technician – 5 students. Before the traineeship, logistic and organizational support will be provided to the students. They will also be trained in the aspects of culture, language and education. Throughout the period of four weeks, the students will serve the vocational training in German work places, which will be consistent with the educational plan and programme of the school. The traineeship programme will suit the needs of Polish and German employers and will be prepared in cooperation with the partner. The participants of the project, through trips to Leipzig, Berlin and Dresden, will learn about the German culture, history and tradition. Participation in international traineeship will result in the increase of language competition of the students and their mobile and enterprising attitude, which will increase their chances of employment in local and European market. The project will also allow students to get to know professional environment, organization and culture of work in foreign country. International professional contacts, established in the project may allow the participants to take up a job in the partner's country. On the other hand, Polish employers by hiring our graduates may count on introducing modern techniques and technologies into their company. The final product of the project will be a popularising material about modern techniques, methods, technology and quality systems. Obtaining Europass – Mobile certificate in Polish and German will guarantee the acknowledgement of participants' qualifications and vocational abilities in all countries of the European Union. It will also enable them to access employees. The certificate with a grade obtained according to ECVET will be an additional asset.
