The project is aimed at students from 10th,11th and 12th grades, passing through initial vocational training in the occupation "Farmer" and " Mechanic of agricultural machinery " in PGMSS, implementation will enable 30 students from all ethnic groups, students from less privileged backgrounds, boys and girls, to conduct practice in a real working environment in Turkey and Italy in April and May 2017. The Main objectives of the project for mobility are:• Improvement of the general and specific knowledge and practical skills in the profession and language competences for achieving better quality of vocational training in PGMSS and successful professional realization of the students.• Finding an alternative approach towards endangered by dropping out of the learning process children.• Improve the language skills of the participants. • Development of the ability to work in a team with other cultures• Development of the partnership between the training institutions and the business The project will be implemented in partnership with SEHİT HASAN ONAL MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSESİ in the town of Eskishehir , Turkey and Centre for Vocational Education and Training( IFOM) in Bologna, Italy . The practice will take place in different agricultural farms and companies, which are producing agricultural machines in the cities where we go . The work program includes two weeks of practice two groups of students:• The first, consisting of 15 students and two companions will hold practice from 01.04.2017 to 16.04.2017, at Eskisehir, Turkey• The second, consisting of 15 students and two companions will hold practice 22.04.2017 to 07.05.2017, Bologna, Italy.The practice will include the following thematic areas:• Application of new technologies in growing crops;• Modern farming and livestock;• Introduction and use of modern agricultural machinery; For better quality of this mobility the candidates will undergo a preliminary professional, linguistic and cultural preparation and after passing the exam the formation of the two groups of participants will be carried out. Project management team will provide insurance and transport for the students. The partners will assist in organizing practice and transportation to companies, also for organizing and conducting the cultural program. During the practical training students will have the opportunity to learn new knowledge and gain skills in the field of agriculture, get acquainted with traditional and innovative technologies in the field of crop production, livestock production, mechanization of agriculture, and organic farming in the European Union, to understand and see the differences between Bulgarian and European economy, to observe and participate in activities related to their profession, to improve their language skills, to enrich their overall culture and to form a motivation for a permanent professional development, improvement and lifelong learning. The project will contribute to the accumulation of new knowledge and skills in the field of ecological and conventional agriculture, to enhance their professional skills and contribute to their personal development. The acquired knowledge and skills will help students adapt to the new requirements of the labor market and will increase their chances for professional development and competitiveness in the Bulgarian and European markets.The professional and language skills that students have acquired during the training, will be validated by the three documents, which they will receive at the end of the training: certificate of participation in the training practice, certificate for language training, document Europass mobility. All these documents are recognized at European level and will definitely assist our students in their future realization on the labor market. These documents will be used by the Professional School of mechanization of agriculture to recognize students’ practice abroad, considering it as a mandatory manufacturing practice of the curriculum specialty.The project’s materials and results will be used to promote and report its activities.
