It’s called "Practicing professional knowledge in social and medico-social structuresin Romania and Belgium" and allows 26 young professional bachelor Services For The People and Territories to leave for two weeks in Romania and Belgium in order to discover new professional practices in a different cultural environment.Mobility is planned between February and April 2017 for students who go to Belgium and Romania. For two weeks, they will be in internship in nursing homes, homes for people with a handicap, schools or hospitals. These young people need to discover mobility and a new culture in order to fit more easly in professional field and acquire the skills necessary to become a good professional . This is why our the goals of our project are linked to improve mobility, autonomy, professional practices and cultural openess. This project should also enable our institution and its team to revitalize, consolidating local and European partnerships for dialogue on the needs and practices of each one.Robert Arbrissel school is located in Chemillé in the Maine-et-Loire department. It is through the territory that our openness to Europe was built: the General Council has allowed us to meet the Mikes Kelemen High School in Romania and the Schuman High School allowed us to meet Belgian professionals. With our two Erasmus mobility experiences + conducted in October 2014 and in October 2015, we know the necessary ingredients for the development of a quality project: good relationships with our partners, clear objectives to every-one, suitably adapted to the needs of youth, quality coaching, evaluation and communication strategy. On return, after the assessment of student placement and evaluation of our project, we will organize a photo exhibition and a meeting with families and students to provide each one the Europass mobility, recognizing the experience of students. This year we expect to achieve an elaborate satisfaction survey to measure as precisely as possible the impacts of these projects on our youth and high school teams. The project results will also be disseminated to our partners and the municipality of Chemillé, the general council, the regional council and our professional partners.
