Project "MESSAGES FOR FRIENDSHIP" was created by a group of young people with the idea to support the efforts of youth and social organizations to jointly overcome one of the most serious school problems - with "ugly face" and sometimes with fatal consequences - AGGRESSION.The general project objective is to promote mutual understanding, solidarity and friendship among pupils from the city of Vratsa by organizing extracurricular youth initiatives to raise awareness of youth aggression and to promote volunteerism and tolerance as a philosophy and a way of creating a relaxed and friendly school atmosphere.The project duration is four months and will take place between August 25 and December 25, 2011. The key role for its implementation will have four young people aged between 16 and 29 years who will work with 55 pupils from seventh and eighth grade from "Vasil Levski " Primary School - Vratza.The project concept provides primarily teenagers to realize the problem of violence and to embrace tolerance and volunteerism as a form of its countermeasures. To implement the task at the beginning of the project several interactive educational activities will be conducted. Subsequently, the youths will recreate their understanding and attitude towards the three main priorities in the project: anti-aggression, tolerance and volunteering through series of extracurricular activities in photography, fine and applied arts.To promote the results achieved the following measures are envisaged: exhibitions, videos and campaign for voluntary work, through which project participants will submit their "MESSAGES FOR FRIENDSHIP" to pupils from the city and to the local community, and why not to many young people in Bulgaria.
