MESLEKİ EĞİTİMİN AVRUPA DESTEĞİ İLE GÜÇLENDİRİLMESİ

Project is intended for 7 students from Tokat Girls Technical and Vocational High School's Informatics field and 11 students from Manufacturing Technology field. The local partners Turhal Girls' Technical and Vocational High School and Buharaevler Girls' Technical Vocational High School will provide 17 and 7 students respectively. The participants will be guided by 6 teachers from our institution and other institutions. Today, it is so critical that giving importance to the vocational eduacation is also so important for the development of industry and the technological field. Technological advancements continue to develop really fast. Countries who cannot keep up with these technological developments may not produce qualified and productive production. Catching up with this speed can be possible by increasing the number of qualified labour force. This can be ensured with vocational education. To this end, basic duty of the vocational education is finding areas appropriate to students’ abilities, ensuring appropriate practice possibilities , not only in training of theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge to prepare students to future lives. However, there are many obstacles in front of this point of view. The students who have higher cognitive ability do not want to prefer vocational education because they think vocational education didn't provide qualified abilities. Therefore, market having difficulties in finding needed personnel and graduated students are suffering from unemployment. Through this Project, we are aiming to strengthen the abilities of Web Design and Programming and The Sewing Machine Operators students that is expected to meet the need for the qualified elementary. According to the specified requirements and project objectives, in Europe our participants will have an understanding of contemporary education that will benefit them to keep a broad vision of their professional work. Thus, the participants' visionary, vocational, social, cultural and linguistic quality increased Web Design and Programming Information Technology department students will go to Romania for to take training in Web Design Animation Preparing, emphasizing the basic knowledge and skills in the field of innovations and best practices and implementation of on-site inspection will be made. Women's Clothing Sewing Machine Operator (Fabric) training will be implemented in Latvia and this training also will deepen the knowledge of the participants and they will gain experience. First Flow will be between 08.03.2015-21.03.2015 in the Romania, second flow will be between 05.04.2015-18.04.2015 in Latvia.
