Europe Commission, with the decisions about Vocational Education Assurance in the Quality of Vocational Education in the meeting of European Uninon Education Council held on 28 May 2004, invites all the shareholders to encourage “Common Quality Assurance Frame to behave voluntarily, and coordinate national and local activities among the main actors of vocational education. According to the Council decision, the common means that will support the reforms and developments on the Quality Assurance depends on using the references and principles , creating awareness on the shareholders through national and local and especialy on the quality assurance matter. Quality assurance method is set of politics, procedurs,rulers, tools, criterias, mechanism, instruments that aim to provide and improve the quality that is put forth to consideration by any vocational education institution. The most common used quality assurance methods are ; self evalution, peer evalution and acreditation. These are the methods of in the centre of national and Europe quality assurance politics. Three of them are related closely with EQAVET. This Project is prepared for assuring the quality security and providing to improve the quality in partner schools under EQAVET. In the core of the Project there is “Self Evalution” that is the first step to create/make quality insurance/ management system. Project is built on “Peer Evalution” that is a new method in outside evalution. Self evalution, is a kind of method that has being encouraged for years in Turkey and Europe. in most countries, quality management system is focused on improving the self evalution especially in educational institutions in public sector. Peer Evalution is also a kind of method which is very cheap and where a peer institution is used.. THis methord is very useful because with this extra quality is added in institutions. Peer institution brings its field knowledge and expertises so the evalution is based on real pratic. Also, peer is equal with the evaluated. So, in this method there is no pressure of inspector or management. The Project is needed to apply in order to improve the quality of education and share our skill, knowledge and experiences with them. because “self evalution” and “peer evalution” are thought very easy subjects to apply in vocational education but after discussion with our partners, these evalution steps are not known by our Project partners. Our project’s one of the short term aims is; - to get personel abilities to our participants - to get instutional experinece to our partners. Our mid andlong term aims are; - to make teachers and rulers (administrators) who are the basic target group of education to get concious and awareness about quality. Furthermore, the sinerji caused by our Project in this region will inspire other institutions to work on quality. Project is a concersium Project leading by Merzifon Technical and Vocational High School and is including Vezirköprü Technical and Vocational High School and Gümüşhacıköy multi programme High School. The name of the Project is “ Quality applications in Vocational Education” The Project will be applied for 12 months in 2 sessions in 2 members of European Union countries Germany and Holland. According to the activities in abroad; Mobility in our project will take place between 26 April 2015 and 09 May 2015 as being 2 weeks. During these weeks, the participant will work on educatin and observation. 14 vocational teachers who work in 3 different vocational schools will hold a meeting called “ self evalution “ in the scshool caldde Berufskolleg Ostvest des Kreises Recklinghausen in Germany and at the same time. 14 vocational teachers are going to observe and examine about the special subject called “example Evalution” in RDM Markspace in Holland. We aim via this Project; To make our participants consicous and awarenss about quality assurance, To make our participants to get more skill and information about in quality practices in To transfer and Access knowledge and Works which have been done in Target countries by mentoring in place To examine sosical and cultural and social structure of host country with the trips and to Exchange cultural aspects perform data to be .
