The project includes fifteen day indusrial training course of 48 students studying at Electric- Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Information Technology, Metal-Welding Technology, Carpentry-Furniture and Decoration Technology, Automotive(Motor Vehicle) Technology fields of our school for three weeks and ten day on-the-job training of 12 teachers teaching in the these departments.Objects of the project; - In six fields; Electric- Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Information Technology, Metal-Welding Technology, Carpentry-Furniture and Decoration Technology, Automotive(Motor Vehicle) Technology, developing vocational knowledge and skills of 8 students and 2 teachers in each field, doing on-the-job training, examining educational curriculum being applied in Europe, comparing educational systems, learning new technologies and observing developments about related professions.- Furthermore, developing digital competencies, improving skills of entrepreneurship, observing practices in job security and health, improving skills of social communication will foster the developments in professional career and foreign language learning.- In European dimension; European citizenship, intercultural interaction and international dialogue will be promoted and social development of the participants will be supported by ensuring them to learn about new countries, cultures,museums and natural beauties etc.Profile of the participants; The participants includes 8 students from each department, totally 48 students following the developments in their professions, open to intercultural communication, having improved digital and communicational competencies and having the ability to express themselves and 6 coordinator teachers for each flow and 6 workplaces with the aim of supervising the students and 12 teachers for on-the-job-training. The students will be selected from 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students from our school. Teachers will be selected from the vocational teachers having at professional experience and willing to act as coordinators and do on-the-job training.Methodology1. Teachers will participate in on-the-job trainings about the subjects mentioned above. Two week programme will be applied. Our institution will develop its European cooperation and experience of projects. School abandonment will be lessened by attracting students to the school. Students will develop their language and professional knowledge and competencies. Intercultural communcation and social dialogue will be enchanced. The students will transfer their knowledge, skills and experiences to the other students and foster their development.
