Youth exchange is essence of the project. The project partners are: in the Estonia the foundation Tartu Mental Health Care Center and in the Czech Republic non governmental organization Hodina H. Foundation provides variety of social and other services to people in working age and elderly with a goal to support people with mental health problems to cope with everyday life independently. Hodina H processes and provides information to children and young people, supports stable and sustainable learning and personal development, values active leisure time, develops international cooperation and voluntary, active participation of young people and support of wider public awareness. Project main activity is visit of seven young czechs with mental health problem , two mentors and leader of the group to Estonia Tartu where group of young people with mental health problems and their mentors host them. Implementation of the project will provide Young people with mental health problems the opportunity to visit Estonia, estonians to experience hosting, introduces the Estonian and the Czech culture, promotes sport and movement activities, as a supporters of mental health. Supports the importance of independence and how to achieve it. Project will be lead lead by Tartu foundation of Mental Health Care Center, which coordinates the activities of the participants in the preparatory meeting with Hodina H. In project management mobility activities are planned in timeline, responsibilities will be shared between the foundation and the Hodina H , and the deadlines for completing activities assigned. It is expected to impact the popularization of sports activities among Young with mental health problems, formation of opinion of independent life, values which make sense in life and how to apply learned knowledge in use. Youth exchange enables partners to introduce how to conduct youth exchanges for people with disabilities supports disabled young people participation in society and confirms it's feasibility. Through the project, the people involved in the immediate social circle of target group will share the information and popularize the experience of Youth exchange.
