NGO „IUVENTA“, as hosting organization, will coordinate a 9-days YE, taking place in Vrnjacka Banja (Serbia) on the theme of Sport and healthy lifestyle. Exchange will take place in October 2012 and will bring together 47 young people from 9 European countriesThe idea of the project: sport belongs to everybody, not just the bestGuiding principle - put on your white shirt as a symbol of peace, friendship and sport, at least 30 minutes engaged in some sporting activities and promote the Olympic spiritSport is undoubtedly one of the most acceptable and most widespread sport in society. Sport to young people to lead the right way, to live healthy. Sports against drugs, violence, alcohol, smoking and other vices of the slogans which serve more people. Young people themselves who are stressed have a form of activity where their negative energy use in the best manner.The main idea and goal is to approach the concept of healthy lifestyle to the young population and to encourage young individuals from different cultural backgrounds through the development of projects and through sport to become active citizens in the community. Reflecting the themes, the Programme is interactive and encourages participants to explore and analyze the topic on their own. The activities are consisted of 3 parts: workshops, introduction of the concept of healthy lifestyle; preparation of promotional material on healthy lifestyles and outdoor activities through which we share the message with local youth.In help of the process of sharing knowledge, opinion and attitude of the topic, the project will use non-formal educational methods like discussions, workshops, group work,role play, Analysis of the situation or case, brainstorming, practical work, sport activity, etc.
