The project promotes cross border innovation and integration on school guidance practices so as to reduce school drop-out rates by supporting careers in line with the opportunities offered by the labour market. The project will involve 450 lower secondary education students on which a new guidance method will be experimented. This new guidance method has been approved by the scientific community and is based on career counseling and narration. For this purpose 30 people (teachers, counselors, writers) will be trained. The students families will also be involved in counseling meetings in order to support their children in their school choices based on their abilities, gender and career opportunities. The creation of a cross border network will allow to compare best practices on school guidance and entry in the labour market.
