The project "Marketing Lab" will adapt young people to the dynamics of processes and phenomena in the EU economy as giving to the participants in the youth mobility basic knowledge in marketing and an opportunity to exchange knowledge and know-how between four countries: Bulgaria, Germany Spain and ItalyThe aim of the project is young people to acquire knowledge and competence in the field of marketing and management skills in the field of cultural differences, which will increase the quality of their professional future training and will contribute to increase their competitiveness in the labor market in the EU and beyond. When developing the marketing strategy for entering a foreign market key point is the reporting of cross-cultural differences. Knowledge of foreign cultures and compliance with them is one of the keys to success for any business ventures. The aim and the objectives of the project correspond fully of the specific objectives of the programme Erasum +. The project involves 60 young people from Bulgaria, Germany, Spain and Italy and and take place in town of Stara Zagora for the period of 11 days.Through the project activities, implemented by the methods of non formal education (presentations, discussions, role-playing games, round tables), participants in the youth mobility will learn about marketing management, European practices in marketing, management skills for strategic market planning in wide range of products. Participating in project activities young people will develop practical and social skills for planning and organizing personal and career development, and personal qualities such as communication, tolerance, entrepreneurship, competitiveness, leadership, self-esteem, ability to work in a team.The activities include presentations, marketing RPGs, marketing planning other cases to be resolved.
