The aim of the project was to acquire knowledge and skills of young people in the field of marketing and management skills in the field of cultural differences that lead to improved quality of future professional preparation and contribute to increase their competitiveness in the labor market in the EU and beyond. In developing marketing strategy rollouts key point is the reporting of intercultural differences. Knowledge of foreign cultures and compliance with them is one of the keys to success for any business ventures. The purpose and goals of the project correspond fully with the specific objectives of the Erasmus +. The project included 60 participants between the ages of 18 and 30 from Bulgaria, Spain, Poland and Croatia and was held in Stara Zagora for the period from 08.06.2015 until 19.06.2015. Through the project activities that are implemented by the methods of formal education (presentations, discussions, role-playing games, and round tables), the participants in the youth mobility acquainted with marketing management, European practices in marketing, management skills for strategic market planning a wide range products. Participating in project activities young people have developed practical and social skills for planning and organizing personal and career development, and personal qualities such as communication, tolerance, entrepreneurship, competitiveness, leadership, self-esteem, skills for teamwork.
