With the changes in our everyday life and the new requirements of the new multicultural environment our educational goals keep changing by introducing intercultural skills both for our teachers and our pupils. Project management skills needs also to be improved and expanded. Intercultural skills are a multidisciplinary competence and an essential part of Europe open school.
These skills should be learned in intercultural training courses and project management training courses.
We consider important the fact that our participants wil co exist during the training time together with teachers of other countries so that the cross cultural learning would be a holistic experience that would include, apart from training time, also the remaining free time.
