The main aim of the project is to improve students' professional experience, competencies, obtain new knowledge and skills while undergoing internships within European Union involving different companies; thereby contributing to the growth of both personal and professional knowledge and competences, as well as language improvement.In order to strengthen in school acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, we would like to offer the opportunity for students to become part of the internship programmes implemented abroad, with help of our partners in Germany.Improvement of basic knowledge, professional competence and different skill levels is particularly important for young people entering first time job markets, not only in Latvia but also abroad.The main project activity is a placement or practice that students will be fulfilling daily with various companies. As a result it will improve participants' basic skills and practical knowledge. Also, it will contribute to a cohesive society by strengthening the cooperation between the different educational outlets in process of sharing educational approaches, techniques and insights.The project is planned to be implemented involving 20 students in two occupations, whose mobility could be implemented during the period from 2nd November to 3rd October 3016, 4 weeks.* Educational Programme - 'Agriculture' '- with qualifications 'agricultural machinery mechanics' - 10 students* Education Programme - '' Agriculture '' - with the qualification 'rural property manager' '- 10 studentsWith active involvement of our partners in Nienburg, Germany.The foreseen results from practice are listed bellow, in addition to the implementation of the activities referred to above:* improved and developed knowledge and professional level of competence;* improved career opportunities;* increased initiative, self-esteem;* improved foreign language skills;* promotion of intercultural understanding;* a better understanding of the project feasibility, results and values;* increased motivation to participate in the future (formal / informal) education and training.Also when developing the basic and transversal skills, such as entrepreneurship, digital literacy, language skills, and innovative educational learning by observing our partners abroad, participants we will be able to contribute in overall well-being of our country and promote further international recognition and useful international contact creation.
