Male Kroki - Wielki Postep
Start date: Feb 1, 2010,

The project 'Small Steps - Big Progress' is made by youth and for youth. Young people will participate in the project by taking part in regional debates in three Polish cities: Elblag (North), Lodz (Centre) and in Kielce (South). The topics to be discussed are: participation of youth in local society life and access to information, the youth labour market, non-formal education, sport and health. We will invite local politicians, representatives of different local institutions and people that have influence on youth policy. Young representatives of those three debates will meet during the national debate in order to conclude the topics and prepare recommendations for next steps in youth policy. The recommendations will be prepared in order to make young people's life easier, better, with wider variety of perspectives. The recommendations will be published as a booklet. We want decision makers to use them while they are preparing plans for region development and for local youth policy. We would like to underline our voice and statement by meeting different authorities once again but in their own offices and by presenting our opinions about actions in the field of youth that should be made. We will pass decision makers our publication as well. All our actions will be recorded and a movie will be prepared. We would like to use this movie to encourage many people to be active.
