The traffic at the border crossing between the two adjacent Ponte Tresa and the presence of networks of various types of transport, trade, intermodal interference between networks, pollution resulting from this and productive activities, trade and tourism in Urban centers, are a problem. The project, also using studies and research done in the past, it is proposed as a synthesis among the many aspects of the current situation: 1. addressing individual problems and solutions, providing the basis to start coordinates, 2. producing a proposal for traffic / mobility and sustainable taking account its consequences on trade and tourism, defined as economic activities social and the proposal will be subject to various levels of planning now in force, 3. setting priorities, 4. creating a first work (on the footbridge Tresa) consistent with objectives and priorities. / Il traffico al valico di confine tra le due Ponte Tresa e adiacenze, la compresenza di reti di trasporto di vario tipo, gli scambi intermodali, le interferenze tra le reti, l'inquinamento da cio derivante e le attivita produttive, commerciali e turistiche nei Centri Urbani, costituiscono un problema. Il progetto, utilizzando anche studi e ricerche fatte in passato, si propone come sintesi tra i molteplici aspetti della situazione attuale: 1. affrontando i singoli problemi e fornendo le basi per avviare soluzioni coordinate, 2. producendo una proposta per la viabilita / mobilita sostenibile e tenendo conto delle sue conseguenze sul commercio e turismo, intesi come attivita economico sociali; la proposta sara conforme ai vari livelli di pianificazione oggi vigenti, 3. fissando le priorita, 4. realizzando una prima opera (passerella pedonale sulla Tresa) coerente con obiettivi e priorita.
