The project ‘Make the change come true- Live your life sustainable’ wants to promote healthy behaviors through young people from different countries through outdoor education. Employability and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities will be strengthen through this activities. The young people will reflect themselves and the lifestyles in their countries and regions, concerning of healthy lifestyles. During the project they will discuss why healthy lifestyles can foster the employability of young people. The aim is to connect these learning effects with a lot of fun through outdoor activities. In addition to this we will discuss together with the young people topics like exclusion, racism and xenophobia- and how this appears in their cultures and the connetion with (outdoor) sports activities. The Exchange will took place at the ‚Naturfreundehaus Thüringer Wald‘ in the middle of the wood with many possibilities for outdoor activities. This place seems perfect for such an exchange, because the young people can discover the nature, can be active and can focus on themselves and the cultural exchange. The aim of the project is to mediate intercultural learning with contented-related inputs to the topic. One output of this exchange will be, that the participants are going home very motivated to become active by themselves. Together with the partner organizations new projects should be realized. During the whole exchange the method will be non-formal education, so that the inputs come from the participants and they will gain a lot of new competences through simulations, presentations, games, self-development etc.CGE Erfurt e.V. is during this exchange the host organization. 30 participants and 6 group leader from the following countries will take part: Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Spain, Czech Republic and Germany.
