The States in the Region have both potential and experience to build on in the field of design development and have initiated cooperation in this area. There are some similar features in design originating from the Region and this should be marketed in a joint way. Dissemination of good practices related to the Baltic Sea basin design can take place through thematic conferences and exhibitions of good practices, as well as festivals: e.g. Gdynia Design Days.
