The project was developed with the intention to satisfy several needs identified in the school. Analysis undertaken in European Development Plan drew attention to the following measures; -to achieve an education focused on applying active creative-innovative methods and student-centered teaching strategies using and integrating ICT in teaching-learning-assessment, -to develop student-centered education, the key competencies established at European level: linguistic and digital, scientific and technological. -to motivate our students to learn, to want to develop skills and competencies which motivate them towards competitiveness, -to internationalize our institution not only by introducing digital technology as part of daily teaching, but also the European dimension (multiculturalism, cultural diversity, integration of disadvantaged people, equal opportunities for all students). The general objectives are to increase the quality of education by introducing digital technology in teaching and internationalization of our high school by participating in projects in which the underprivileged students to take part so as to change their attitude to school and life in general.  The specific objectives are: developing skills: digital, ligvistic, cultural, increasing the confidence in using modern multimedia tools, availability to share from the gained competences from participating in mobility through multiple dissemination, development of international cooperation. It was agreed that the participation of a total of 12 people in training activities, whose needs tally with school needs can lead to realizing the objectives of our project. The participants went through a transparent process of selection using criteria imposed both by the management team of the project but by the provider as well: strong motivation for self-improvement, the desire to introduce modern technology in teaching and strong wish to share their experiences. The project includes the following stages, preparation, implementation and follow up. In the preparation phase of the project the teams are established (management, public relations, risk logistics, marketing and IT) in the first month and the preparation of the participants in the month before mobility. Each team starts the activities according to their responsibilities. The project is promoted using the logo Erasmus +, Learning agreements with the participants and and contracts with the course provider are signed, the participants are informed about the activities of the course, funding rules, the modality of monitoring is established as well at this stage. The IT team makes a website of the project and a Facebook group is created. The participants start the linguistic, cultural and digital preparations and read the course bibliography and do the tests sent on line by the course provider.   Mobility is the main stage in implemnting our project. These mobilities will not affect too much the absence of teachers in class because the course has no more than 9 days.The learning outcomes are improved skills in using digital tools, development of ways of applyong technology in education for different age group,increased participants' motivation in using web2.o social media tools,ability of the participants to find at least 5 activities and techniques for their own teaching context in order to improve the motivation of their students, promoting European cooperation in the field of education within the framework of the Erasmus+ program by partnership building. The learning outcomes will be certified by receiving the Europass Mobility Document. Dissemination, phase of the project implementation, will be realized periodically according to the activities we decide to promote. We are going to make our activities known during seminars, workshops, lessons, in which games,methods and tools for improving communication,digital stories in education,using interactive whiteboard in education, are part of the presentations. Evaluation is done through the tangible ( leaflets, course support, video, films, reports, journals) and untangible results of the project (knowledge, skills, attitudes)During the evaluation the Europass Language Passport and Europass skill Pasport are upgraded.
