The proposed project "Make your mentoring superpower" is an initiative of European organizations experienced in the implementation of EVS projects. Representatives of the organization among whom were coordinators, volunteers and mentors met in 2015 during the training the purpose of which was to improve the quality of EVS projects. During the conversations they noticed the need for greater support for mentors of EVS volunteers. This was how the idea of organizing an international training for mentors and internships for coordinators of mentors was born. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of EVS projects by providing mentors with the skills that will enable them to better support the European Volunteers. The project consists of 3 activities.
