The target of MaSloW project is to impove the competitiveness of the region, to foster the cooperation between labour market organizations by common use and development of human resources. Achievements: The aim of the MaSloW project was to improve the competitiveness of the region, to foster the cooperation between labour market organizations by jointly using and developing human resources. The project collected information for border labour market organizations (employees, employers, labour centres, municipalities and employer lobbies). Employers could increase their economic competitiveness by creating new partnerships in the project, and could recognise cross-border labour market demand. Employment rate and mobility could also increase in both regions. In the frame of the project a database was created involving information on programmes, events and data about the labour market of the target area.
