Low Impact Building with Natural Materials (Libnam)

The objectives of the LIBNAM project are to support the competitiveness of firms and their green skills with a view to thermal regulations 2016 in England and 2020 in France, and to promote the use of natural materials in passive building. Achievements: The LIBNAM project supports businesses from the building sector in the transition towards the use of materials from animal or vegetal origins (hemp, straw, wool…) in the construction of passive buildings. The cross-border partnership will organise study visits and workshops involving French and English participants, carry out surveys on both sides of the Channel and create joint and bilingual resources.
