In many parts of the society and groups there occurs conflicts because of ethnic,social,political and religious differences and prejudices.In order to avoid violance,open and hidden causes of the conflicts it is important to speak and find solutions.Our aim is to inspire to the children between 0-6 age period,love and tolerance.We should improve our ideas to avoid violance and indicate this. With this project we aim to gain; improve personality development and self confidence of our teachers and personnel participated in the project,constitute a strengthened cross-cultural awareness,improve their language proficiencies,revise the professional profile of teaching profession; make the modernization of our educational institution and revisions brought by international expansion and increase our capacity,Introduce ourselves in the Europe correctly and contemporarily as a country,understand social, linguistic and cultural diversity better, by attending to Erasmus+ projects to encourage the other nurseries to apply to their projects Our project aim is to live love and tolerance,the scructural activities with alive value education,presenting in different methods between two cultures In our Project Acvities; -Prepation before project -Start work, follow-up and monitoring studies at the institution, which we will go, -The structural education which will be given by the institution, -Preparing a final report after the end of the term in the foreign country by our teachers and personnel who have undertaken the movement, -Presenting this report to the other pre-school educational institutions, disseminating the performed studies and the education and knowledge received, by collecting them in a printed matter/ magazine, to the pre-school teachers and pre-school education association. -Together with the personnel training, we aim to cause countries come closer and progress awareness by representing Turkey in the country we will stay. We will attend with 6 school personel as Child University Kindergarten from Turkey; one school director, graduated from vocational education faculty and has been the director of Child University Kindergarten since 2009; 5 teachers will be choosen from whom completed associate degree program of the university,on child development and work in our school as group responsible In the School Education Personnel Movement Project, which we will perform with the institution named Kindercentrum De Dwergenhut from Holland, Dewergen Kinder Centrium will accept the teachers from our school and give a training activity on ‘Early Childhood Education & Care'. The institution will provide us attending to the structured courses or training activities and support our personnel’s career development by providing us to attend on-the-job training and have an observation period at his institution, operating in the field of school education. In the activity plans. In our institution,we will implement Project Works,drama activities,dance,ronds,stories,education plays,art projects about ‘Love and Tolerance’ with our teachers for two weeks . During the implementation period of the Project, we will use Europass document. Applied workshop and observation studies will be performed. Together with the teacher training, knowing and implementing the new methods and approaches, used in the foreign countries, by the teachers will create awareness and will provide our personnel’s skills and ability to develop. We will increase the awareness of our personnel, related to the country and its culture and give them the opportunity to establish international communication network for developing an understanding on active participation to the society, sense of European citizenship and identity. After the movement period spent abroad, we will provide motivation related to take part in the future educational studies. We will achieve the target to internationalize our institution by modernizing its mission. In the event that we can put the Project into practice, we will have made up our deficiencies and strengthened the good and acquired behaviours and methods by the time we finish the implementation. We will share the language, flag, food, fruit, vegetable, educational system, dance, art, cultural activities and geographical features of the country, we stayed in, in our school and with the other educational institutions. About this we will make a corner that includes photos,books,objects about Mevlana week in our school. Thanks to the applied workshops, we will easily transfer the learned behaviours to our daily life skills when we turn back to our country.At the end of the work we will make magazines and borushurs that will be distributed to the other kindergardens and families in order to provoke them for Êrasmus+ studies
