The project described can be summarised in the following sections:-Context. Our school has started to work on an innovative methodological approach based on competences, which is becoming one of our identity signs.-Number and profile of participants.The estimated number of participants is 7. The profile responds to teachers at our school aware of the need to learn new teaching techniques and methods and to innovate in educational management.- Description of the activities.These are mobility actions to be undertaken by teachers in our school based on training courses and observations at the workplace, with a length of 3 to 7 days, which will take part in European countries (Finland, Denmark and Estonia) leading in the methodological approach with which we want the school to be identified.The activities are aimed at:1. Acquiring new teaching and learning methods that allow us to improve student academic results.2. Improving the skills and competences of the managers and organization of this innovative approach at the school.3. Providing a European dimension to the training provided at our school by implementing good work practices in other countries renowned for their good work and good academic results- The methodology used to conduct the project.1. The school management team announces their intention to take part in the Erasmus+ program to the staff.2. The board set up for this purpose selects the participants and target organizations with total transparency and objectivity according to the criteria described in the proposal.3. The project coordinator and participants prepare their mobility actions.4. Participants perform the mobility actions, which are supervised by the project coordinator.5. All stakeholders (participants, management, project coordinator, quality coordinator, etc.) carry out the promotion and assessment of the results of the mobility actions and projectBrief description of the results and expected impact1. On the one hand, it is expected that teachers improve their teaching skills and that this has a positive influence on curriculum development at the school from this new perspective.2. On the other hand, the implementation in the classroom of the acquired knowledge and teaching techniques and methodologies learned will contribute to improve student academic results.3. In addition, it is expected to improve and innovate the management and organization of the school in the field of collaborative work and development of learning through projects.4. Finally, it is expected to increase the number of teachers voluntarily involved in this school project.- Possible long-term benefits1. Being recognized as an innovative school for teaching tasks.2. Giving the school a European dimension.3. Improve the external image of the school in the vicinity of our school community.
