The Lore-Lorentz school is an internationally oriented vocational training college, which aimes to prepare its pupils for the international job market in particular in Düsseldorf. Therefore, a teacher with a business background and language skills is to be qualified with a CLIL course for the subsequent bilingual education with an economical emphasis. Using current didactical and methodological knowledge, the teacher should prepare and implement a bilingual offer.
For the students, we expect an improvement of language skills and better conditions for their starting carriers.
For the whole of the school, we expect the bilingual approach to prove to be viable and that further colleagues will get involved.
