Content,The project includes student and trainer mobilitiy.Student mobility,Qualified staff necessity is increasing in İstanbul and Kocaeli about logistics field. However, the education that have been given is not meeting the necessity. The internship programme have been prepared that, participants will learn the supply chain management. The students will get education in Sweden and Portugal in commerce and logistics firms. In the scope of internship, the firms' related units about supply chain and logistics hubs will be visited and practical training will be given. Firms' computer programmes that they use, will be showed practically. Teacher mobility,'The new trends in supply chain process' training programme will be given to branch teachers of logistics section. The teachers will learn statistics and forecasting techniques, computer and mobile programmes that have been used in logistics education. The education will be held as 'practical learning experience'. Our aim, -recognition of different applications in European Countries-establishing cooperation between education insitutions in Europe and our schoolsIn student mobility,-learning whole supply chain process-learning computer programmes and decision making process that are used in supply chain management-Increasing the employability of students-Fulfil the qualified staff necessity of logistics sectorIn teacher mobility,-transferring and implementing new trends of supply chain management to our country-providing more comprehensive and qualified educationNumber of participants and profile,Student mobility,48 students will be choosen. There will be 4 mobility to Sweden and Portugal. Logistics field students will be participant. At the selection of participants priority will be given to female students and poor students.Teacher mobility,12 teachers will be choosen. There will be 1 mobility to Sweden. The teachers are graduated from 4 year faculty but have taken insufficient education because of the logistics education is not widespread in Turkey. For this reason, they can not present qualified education to the students. Logistics and accounting and finance teachers will be selected as participants who give logistics branch lessons. Activities,Performing trip activities for intercultural harmonyImproving English qualificationwith the contribution of national logistics firm and vocational school, the curriculum and application harmony will be ensured Methodology,Project administration will be formed.
