ICT and transportation are dynamically developing branches of our social, professional and business lives. Students would like to appear in their professional lives in a competent way, work as ICT specialists or transport engineers. Szybinski High School enables students to gain theoretical knowledge in the field of their future profession, however, essential issue nowadays is the experience and practical training. Labour market competition is active and one need to defend their position being at secondary school, for sure. This is the reason why we would like to equip graduates with new, attractive skills, knowledge, experience and thus open doors to their future carreer. This can be done by organizing training abroad in companies with huge experience and opportunities of leading efficient practice. The following project involves students form 2nd and/or 3rd grades of ICT and Logistic Technical College, tutor-teachers at the place of apprentice, vocational subjects teachers, geography and history teachers, English and German teachers, educators, form-masters. 74 students and 10 tutor-teachers are going to take part in the mobilities, 5 groups of participants are intended during the 2year-project. Before each mobility, all students will be provided with additional training and support (language, cultur and pedagogic). Regular vocational education involves practical training in a Polish company, however, we would like to supplement it with international work experience. Our students will have the opportunity to improve their skills in computer graphics (animation, 3D), multimedia event organizationa, network management, data base management, e-commerce, shipping, storage, distribution, logistic process. The foreign partners offer dynamic and creative teams of specialists who specialize in advertising, marketing, producing advertising materials, organizing national and international transportation of goods, cultural and social activities. The students will be able to learn innovative working methods, equipment and softare which cannot be observed or tested at school. Hosting companies are experienced so the knowledged and skills taught are thorough and reliable. What is more, the companies work with apprentices in a regular manner, so their pedagogic and mentorial experience will influency the quality of students’ practical training highly. Pre- and post-mobility actions (psychological support, extra language classes, informative actions, organizing actions, evaluation and dissemination) will be organized according to a schedule set by managing staff, and partner cooperation will focus on organizing and training issues (organizing, supporting and monitoring training places, accommodation and nutrition). Mutual and efficient communication, which will use planty of methods and tools (web page, facebook, google docs, emails, skype, face2face meetings) will ensure high quality of management process and proper, effective realisation of all intended actions and goals set. Experience, knowledge, skills and formal certificates gained (Europass Mobility, confirmation of practical training, preparation to mobility) are the results which concern all actors of the project: students, teachers involved, partner institutions. Highly qualified staff, with high standards set and knowledge gained, influence directly and indirectly school and local development. This will bring longlasting benefits - mobility, openness, international cooperation, self development, institutional development.
