Local Values - Global Use - traditional building methods youth exchange project is organised by Ecograf Association with 5 partnerorganisation. The cooperated partnerorganisations from Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Sweden and Hungary send 5 participants and 1 groupleader to the project which is organised between 20th of June and 3rd of July in 2016. in disadvantaged villages in the Ormánság. The aim of the project is the participants discover the local and European traditional built values and cultural, economical and gastronomical heritage. During the intercultural programme the participant's skills and experiences will develop through non-formal and informal learning methods ( learning by doing, experimental learning, outdoor activities. The participants will work in 5 workshops leaded by local handcrafts and youth facilitators. The participants get technical knowledge in the workshops about the traditional building methods. On the intercultural evenings the participants will introduce the values of their living environment. The goal is to make more interesting this events, and dont see any more imagefilm about the country.The project will cause the most important effect on the participants , workshopleaders and organisors, who are participating on the programme. We are expecting new friends in the participation round. We would achieve as longer effect of the project, the participannts discover and focus on the values of their environment, local community. To achieve this goals the participants will be active participants of the local community and use the methods their learnt during the youth exchange. We expect, the participants will initiate list of local values with the cooperation of the partnerorganisations. Meeting of environment, community development and cultures, past and future culture, technics are the quantities of the future life.
