Project "Local Actions. Global View" is a European Servise project, which will begin from 5th of September 2014 and will last till 5th of September 2015. During this one year period people from Latvia, Spain, Germany, Turkey and Czech Republic, will be participating in 4 actions within 3 hosting organizations: Sempre a Frente Foundation, Initiative Fund Foundation and "Among Us" Foundation. By realizing project's activties we will influence on various target groups. Volunteers will share their competences ad experiences with people from different backgrounds. During activties volunteers will realize following goals: - activization of local community by organizing events in public (like cultural events, tandem language meetings) -itnercultural education (by conducing workshops for children and high school youth) -itneration with local community (by organizing workshops for them) -breaking stereotypes and barriers towards non-native speakers (within contact with parents and mentally disabled groups) -expanding creativity and etrepreneurship (by organizing events in publicity, creating own scripts for workhops and open meetings) The long-term value of the project will be gaining main key competences and individual development. Impotant aspect is that volunteers will gain concrete skills, which will be valuable and useful for future on label market. Activities of the project will also influence local social groups of Lublin. People who will be involved in the project will have contact with volunteers, what will influence positively on them. The aim of the project is also to impact on the rang of EVS, as a tool to gain qualifications and job experience. We would like to raise importance of youth information and promote mobility among young people, to show them way how to gain useful experience and fight unemployment.
