This project aims to pay more attention to the problem of youth unemployment and to develop a set of recommendations to help cope with it.Specific project objectives are:- To develop an entrepreneurial spirit among young people, thus to help was started stand-alone businesses that do not need significant financial, personnel and technical resources.- Develop awareness of young people .- To contribute to providing a clearer idea of career fulfillmentThe ultimate goal of the project activities is the production of recommendations aimed at young people . The purpose of these recommendations would represent a kind of handbook for young people on how to be able to start or continue your career development, to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among young people and to support the implementation of the youth. To achieve the objective of the project, the partner organizations will gather in Bulgaria and will provide an opportunity for young people to exchange experiences , ideas, opinions , suggestions , etc., directly related to the causes of youth unemployment, and how to deal with it. Based on these results that will be obtained from discussions between the participants themselves , will later develop this guide and help spread the recommendations by the global network , social networking .Young people from partner countries will gather in Bulgaria to exchange views and ideas to overcome this growing problem affecting the whole of Europe - problems with increasingly rising youth unemployment . Through conducting a series of lectures and discussions with experts and representatives of enterprises , young people will be able to form separate recommendations and ideas for positive campaign on the application desired position .Intended working methods during the workshop , which will be used in the implementation of the project will be conducting energizers and icebreakers in the early days of the project.Project program provides then be carried out a number of lectures and discussions , allowing participants to be actively involved in all stages of the project.Intended working methods for the final part of the project again discussions and conducting Rolls games through which again will ensure the active involvement of all participants in the project. Also, it is these role plays and discussions during the final part of the project will also contribute to the process of informal learning and encourage as personal and social development of young people participating in the project.he European dimension of the project is associated with one of the main priorities of Europe and the European Union - combating poverty and social exclusion.Another priority for the European institutions and problems which are common to all member states , and at the root of these problems is the problem of ensuring the effective employment of young people. For this reason , the project aims to reduce the social and professional rejection of young people between 18 and 30 yearsIn light of the above , the project will seek to provide guidance to young people on how to conduct a successful campaign for them in applying for their preferred position.The main underlying idea of the project is to create a guide to help young people aged between 18 and 30 years to find work in positions corresponding to their skills and qualifications or to start their own businesses , which do not require considerable financial , personnel and technical resources.
