Linking Cultures is an youth exchange that take place in Holbæk 22-29 March 2013 with 24 participants from Denmark, Latvia and Italy. The project aims at linking cultures – cultures across national borders, cultures between generations and the culture practised in institutions with the culture practised in youth's everyday life. In the establishment of these links media play an important role. The exchange include project sharing about culture and media production, experiencing the cultural life in the local associations, getting tools for culture and media, trying out those tools in practice, developing ideas for culture and media institutions, experiencing cultural and historical sights in Holbæk, developing ideas for local culture and media projects and creating a public event that will link cultures.
