LINK's objectives are to define criteria in the role of mentors (including all professionals) and to enhance particularly the teacher-student relationship. Current training given to teachers, many a time, gives little importance to this issue; however, this is an ever urgent need in today's society which needs immediate attention. Primarily this project will focus on a self-assessment, being called an Autobiography, of the teachers' experiences. Results will be disseminated to other teachers in other schools, at national and European level, and also to political decision-makers with the aim of influencing future curricula of training targetting teachers. Dissemination well be done using a dedicated web-site, meetings and publications.
