One of the main goals of the European Union is to strengthen and spread the LLL approach. This aim is represented by Learni that has been a well-known and recognized actor at the Hungarian educational market for 15 years. The training opportunities offered by the organization respond to the need of almost all target groups. The middle-term development plans of Learni include serving the client needs with maximum effort and further development of the quality assurance system in order to gain client satisfaction. In addition, its goal is to respond to the increasingly remarkable interest in the learning methods of the e-learning programs. Furthermore, Learni considers helping disadvantaged target groups on the labor market very important. Within the frames of the "LL Learni" project four colleagues will be able to develop in their competences while participating in training courses abroad in the topic above. Returning from the training courses these selected participants will be able to introduce the newly gained knowledge and good practices at their own organization; thereby supporting Learni to achieve its developmental goals. Thanks to the new quality assurance and motivation system and the newly developed innovative course programs not only an increase in the list of training programs, client base and client satisfaction can be expected but also the learning activity of adult society can be increased by creating an offer of non-formal learning methods and by reaching a wider range of target groups with it.
