Entrepreneurship is a main power innovation, competitiveness and growth, and should be considered more widely by learning how to start a business. It should include the development of personal qualities and skills such as creativity, initiative, self-confidence. As a competence, it is included in the new basic skills that are considered necessary for all. The project "Life is a project, be an entrepreneur, make it successful" unites the efforts of the pedagogues of 7 countries for forming the key competences – communication in foreign languages, digital competences and entrepreneurship, which are part of the eight competences according to the EU Commission of education. "Life is a project, be an entrepreneur, make it successful" unites the efforts of schools that entrepreneurship education is carried out in various ways. The aim of the project is to create a virtual international company with integrated advertising services. It will combine the activities of the student companies established in all schools that are advertising agencies with different activity. Students will acquire economics knowledge to create, manage and develop their small enterprise /an advertising agency/; they will acquire basic business skills. They will connect the real business, they will obtain the experience and know -how for their companies and will face problems related to local government and legislation. The conduction of an innovation camp and workshop for business ideas will lead to development of their entrepreneurial attitudes, motivate them to be creative and generate ideas on a specific business challenge. Throughout the project, students will interact with its partners through a variety of social networks - eTwinning , Wiki, Facebook and a blog created by them. In support of their training, they will use online entrepreneurship platforms, from where they can have information and materials. These activities will increase: their digital competences, skills to use ICT tools and level of a foreign language. An important objective of the project is the training of teachers who implement the entrepreneurship teaching in schools. Monitoring new methods of training, sharing best pedagogical practices, continuous contact with colleagues working on the project will enrich and expand their capacity to develop entrepreneurship education. The participating teachers, who teach entrepreneurship and students from 7 countries aged 14 – 18 from secondary schools with technological profile Entrepreneurship - Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Estonia and professional schools: Entrepreneurship and Crafts - Norway; footwear industry - Turkey; Technical - Romania. The project activities are conduction of training; development of business plans; creation of student companies /advertising agencies/ in each partner school; conduction of their exhibition at the end of the first year; establishment and functioning of the international advertising company; a final innovation camp; development of a website and a blog of the project; participation and sharing on online platforms - eTwinning , The Entrepreneurial School.eu and Enterprise without Borders; evaluation stages of the implementation of project activities; conduction of an information campaign. The management team of the project will consist of 3 teachers and 1 student /Bulgaria/ who, together with 1 teacher and 1 student from each partner country /9 teachers and students 7 totally/ will organize and manage the overall project activity. They are responsible for its implementation and achieving the intended results on time and with quality. There will be 2 organizational meetings and 4 training of teachers and students. The methodology used for the realization of the project is a combination of traditional theory with practical exercises, supported by software and the presence of a volunteer business consultant. Activities include: discussions, games, video projection, creative assignments, tests, questionnaires, group work, role plays. The results of the project are: a common international company; 7 advertising agencies; a fair of student companies; an exhibition of the common international company; 4 training seminars; a brochure with the best practices from the project; stimulation of entrepreneurial attitudes and business skills; use of online platforms; enhanced digital and foreign languages competencies; meetings with representatives of local businesses; Europass Mobility certificates for all participants and certificates on national level. Project activities will encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of young people. Students will increase their skills: to run a business, to solve problems, take risks and the ability to work with the others. The schools which implemented the project "Life is a project, be an entrepreneur, make it successful" will make proposals to the educational ministries of their countries for approval of training modules on entrepreneurship in the public schools.
