To evaluate the potential of public organizations and to offer to local and regional authorities a concrete strategic action plan. To give an alternative, using free software supported by high broadband Bandwidth. Based on gnulinEx (Extremadura, Spain) and Dorsal (Limousin, France) achievement, this project will allow the exchanging of "know-how" between participants, in terms of free software and high broadband Bandwidth, with an added-value for public organizations. The transfer of "know-how" of Extremadura and Limousin regions to the others will allow to evaluate concrete results of the project and to offer the possibility to duplicate this action to other sectors. Five SUDOE regions, suffering of disparities in terms of free Libre Open Source software and high broadband Bandwidth, and needing help, are partners of this project.
