Vocational School Eugen Kumičić from Rovinj educates students in three sectors:- Mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and metallurgy: plumbers and automechatronics,- Electrical engineering and computing - electroinstallers, plumbers- Tourism and hospitality: cook, waiter, confectioner and tourist commercialist.All vocatonal programmes last 3 year, except tourist commercialist 4 year programme. We have in total 206 students and 48 staff employed. Besides theoretical part of the programme, practical training is done at school laboratotires and in the crafts licenced by Chamber of Crafts of Istarska County.School has experience in international actitivies mostly in tourism and hospitality sector, but has no Erasmus+ experience. For this purpose we involved in this project automechatronics, electroinstallers and plumbers who has very good results on county and national level of students comptetions. Students will be divided in 2 groups, 8 participants each and for each group one teacher - accompanying person. Total number of participants is 18.Objectives:School aims with this project to improve professional and personal competences of participants in 2 weeks practical experience in Italy. The partner in Italy is TECNA, Padua. We want to improve professional skills of 3 occupations students that will gain new work expeirence in Italy, to acquire new competences and innovative techniques and methods through practical training in companies and crafts in Padua.Project will be conducted in phases: Preparatory phase starts upon approving the project, team definition and tasks, creating plan of the activities and financial plan, administrative work (web sites, agreement signed, participants selection upon clear criteria and definition of the final participants list with 2 reserves).Language, pedagogical and cultural preparations will start with presentation of Eramsus+ programme, aims and objectives in two groups. As we have Italian language speakers we shall focus on technical and professional vocabulary preparations. Partner TECNA will organize accommodation, detailed programme with mentors in companies, local transportation and cultural programme. School will organize travel, security and all other documents needed prior to mobility (contract with participant, learning agreement, quality assurance in VET etc). Before the mobility period a meeting with parents will be organized to inform them in detail on programme, financial issues, obligations etc.During mobility period students will be monitored by the partner's representatives and teachers, during work period by mentor that will monitor their progress and motivation for work. All this information will be registered in Europass Mobility Document that will be done with company and mentor.TECNA will issue certificates of attendance. TECNA will organize cultural programme during the period of mobility in Italy. Evaluation phase is the final, as all participants will answer the questionnary in Mobillity tool, they will evaluate the whole organization and realization of the mobility project. As we have no this experience we shall take care about all activities in advance, make programm and financial issues.Dissemination actitivities will be in countinuos, upon approval of the project. We shall use web site, personal communication and presentations; teachers, students, parents and craftsmen masters will be involved in the activities. We hope that approval of the project will motivate students for better learning results, to be competitive for the partitcipantion in the project, in the future. Teacher will transfer all relevant information they get to other teachers: practical training organization, methods and tools and what competencies employers expect from their employees in Italy.
