In this project, 5 teachers of the Gewerbliche Schule Im Hoppenlau want ito visit our Finnish partner school in Oulu. The stay iis planed or 3-4 days. Focus on the following project will be:
- The comparison of the teaching content and the handling of teachers with students in vocational education as well as in practical instruction.
- Promoting mutual acceptance of each other. In particular, in the handycraft iit should be achieved, that the willingness to be active here, will increase significantly.
- To win possible partners to initiate projects in the field of vocational training. (A training program for Finnish students in Stuttgart could be possible for example.)
Practice dealing with the unknown -.
- Possibilities of development of quality in schools in international comparison.
- Learning to be a European.
- Stabilization of relationship with the partner school and the organizational setting of long-term goals.
