The project includes the students and the teachers who work within the partner schools. On the partnership level, the aim of the project is to develop new methods of life in according to the changing climate conditions by creating a common sense about Global Warming in Turkey and European Countries. The subject of the project is decided by brainstorming method by the students who are responsible in the project. Project aims to communicate in foreign languages, to gain cultural expression ability and entrepreneurship, having digital adequacy according to Lisbon Criteria which is adopted in European Union Countries and becoming widespread with Comenius Project in the field of education. Besides, it helps to improve students’ personal living skills for their future careers by participating in all activities. On the other hand, it will contribute to develop intercultural dialogues and form long-term peace and tolerance atmosphere thanks to cultural interaction with partnership in activities which will be held in 2008/2010. In the process of the project we will perform the below activities: Investigation about climate change and global warming by cooperating with university and non-governmental organizations. Collecting and publishing these investigations in brochures, posters, dictionary, booklet and CD. Planting trees. Sharing investigations by creating a common website. Giving information and spreading the products of the project to the public by using national and local media. Learning target language for communication skills of the students. Visiting partnership country in order to gain intercultural, social and citizenship adequacy. As a result of this project, there will be products such as; billposters, competitions, plantation activities, reports, seminars, panels, a cultural festival, a Glossary of Ecology, CD, booklet and a common Website.
