LET'S DREAM AN ECO VILLAGE

The project "Let's dream of an eco-village" had Place in Omegna from 09/29/14 to 10/07/14 (9 days) with the participation of 20 young people from 17 to 30 years coming from Lithuania, Hungary, Turkey and Italy. His purpose consisted in facing the theme of food, energetic and environmental sustainability, by virtually realizing a sustainable eco-village. The objective was to give the guys a chance to share with the group opinions regarding the themes described and to gain awareness as an European citizen who respects the ecological standards and adopting good "green" practices. Through workshops, discussions, group work, outdoor activities, games and trips, the participants increased their attention to environmental issues. During the final event we shared with the local community the work by creating an opportunity for intercultural dialogue.
