These activities provided examples on how the non-formal method can be approached by using the principles of learning by experience and created a learning space for participants to design their own methods of non-formal education.Furthermore, in order to ensure sustainability, this TC wants to provide the participants with a coached and structured opportunity to elaborate a professional and personal development plan based on competencies and values. The main objective of the project was to address the present need in Europe, for competent young leaders and facilitators in the civil society, who are willing and able to run educational activities for youth based on the values of the EU.
