This multilateral youth exchange is designed to directly impact the participants. Objectives focus on improving participants' interdisciplinary knowledge; improving their attitudes towards community involvement or civic efficacy; and increasing their abilities to work in groups, solveproblems, and apply the knowledge they will get during the exchange to real-world problems using learning by doing methods.The group of 35 young people from South East Europe and European Union Countries will spend nine days together where, through group activities, they will have an opportunity to increase their interest, awareness and knowledge about diversity in the society and the processes behind exclusionand discrimination. Also, the exchange will stimulate the development of participants' skills in dealing with discrimination.Workshops will focus on issues of discrimination and justice at personal, local, and global levels. Workshops will provide a mix of simulations, role plays, reflection, case studies, discussions, and other experiential activities.The Exchange will address all kinds of discrimination in working life, but specifically in relation to the discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, mental and physical disability and sexuality.
