The aim of our school is the individual education and development of our students in every concern. Learning takes place on many different levels and as a day school we have a big influence on e.g. the social skills of our students as well. To keep up with these demands teachers have to stay up to date as well. Not only teaching their subjects is asked for but also the changes in and growth of society have to be taken care off.To match these demands the teachers educate themselves continuously and an innovative school is needed. In the centre stands the improvement of the learning competence and culture. There is no interactional communication without language knowledge and good developed social skills. Teachers need to be motivated and show initiative to reach these goals.To support the aims teachers are given the opportunity to receive new ideas of how to teach from well-chosen schools. To make communication and evaluation more efficient there will always be at least two teachers participating and visiting the selected school. There are thirteen mobilies planned. Setting goals in advance in coordination with the headmaster plus a paper of motivation of the teacher ensure that there is a clear guidance to the project. Evaluation therefore is set and granted as well. The newly acquired knowledge will be shared with the colleagues. A concept will be created and confirmed by the colleagues. Finally an evaluation will take place and feedback will be given by all.
