Our Project aim is to give an answer to the needs analysis carried out and detected by both the Management and the Pedagogical Committee of the School after a bilingual program English-Spanish has been approved by the Regional Education Authorities and started in September 2015.Two Job Shadowing mobilities are included in this European Mobility Project to be attended by the bilingual coordinator and the IT coordinator and six other mobilities aiming at getting better with CLIL methodology and improving the linguistic competence of other subject’s teachers. Once the immediate needs analysis was performed, a consultation process among the teachers’ team was held in which 1/3 of the teachers participated actively. After that, selection and transparency criteria were established according to the goals of our Project by a selection Committee that finally selected the participants following those criteria. The main results of these mobilities will be: the inclusion of CLIL methodologies in the Bilingual School Curriculum and yearly Planning, which bilingual subjects will be taught in; the improvement expected after the shadowing mobilities where bilingual experiences have been in place for some time in other Schools; training teachers in CLIL methodologies will enhance the capacity and performance of teachers integrating both digital and CLIL methodologies.In the short term, a great impact can be foreseen in the whole educational community, bearing in mind that Organizational and Management Documents are to be transformed so that they can be adapted to the new methodological orientation. This new methodology will definitely enhance the Internationalization Plan targeted in the European Development Plan of our School. And in the long term, this will improve the European dimension of Education, Linguistic capabilities of students and quality Education.To sum up, the whole plan will help teachers and students motivation, marks improvement and reduction of Academic failure in the overall school education environment, in accordance with Brussels2020 objectives.
