Learning Organisation in the Banking Sector in Europe - LOBSTER
Collaboration pays off for banking training : Learning Organisation in the Banking Sector in Europe (LOBSTER) places an onus on banks and financial institutions to be directly involved in developing their own training programmes for staff and management processes. Collaboration between banks and between countries is paving the way for a new approach to more efficient banking with better trained professionals. This project started in 2000 and lasted 24 months.
