This project aims to respond to specific needs of our students and teachers and therefore proposes the following activities:1. Mobility of students for work experience as part des their FCT2. Teacher education training centers.1. Within the activity we have the following mobilities to Italya) 8 students from secondary Auxiliary Nursing Care, staying the place in November 2016, four weeksb) 4 students from secondary Administrative Management, staying the place in March 2017, four weeksc) 8 students from secondary school of electrical and control installation (Electricity), whose stay the place in March 2017, four weeks.As part of the activity 2. have:6 teachers perform job-shadowing in ItalyProject objectives:* Perform part of their training in workplaces in Italian companies.• Improve their professional qualifications in their professional profile and improve their ability to access to employment.• Improve language skills to facilitate their training in the sector and subsequent labor mobility, not only in the Canary Islands but also in Europe• Discover your personal abilities and improve their skills and competencies regarding entrepreneurship with a view to the possibilities of creating new jobs.• Awakening interest in training throughout life.• Transparency and recognition of qualifications.* Increase your feeling as a European citizen.
