The idea behind the project is to build a model that will develop so that the various occupational groups within the leisure area and street work in Denmark and Sweden will be able to expand their labour market to include the whole of the Oresund region.The model is built on the concept that co-workers pedagogues and youth leaders in Frederiksberg and Lund meet in order to exchange experience and knowledge with each other and also to work together to pinpoint the concrete obstacles that must be eliminated in order for complete integration of the labour market to be possible.Throughout the project the co-workers within the street work and the leisure area in Frederiksberg and Lund will continue their training together, and thereby building a network and contributing to the expanding of the labour market to cover the whole of the Oresund region.
