Learning and keeping our traditions near the border (Our traditions)

The project aims to assure the collaboration among the communities of the border region and to facilitate their development. Within the project, a series of trainings and traditional activities are organized, such as 2 conferences (one opens the project and the other closes it), 4 trainings (self-knowledge, development of the personality and 2 animator trainings), 7 traditional activities {Christmas, Easter, Harvest Thanksgiving, etc.), as well as a camp targeted at keeping traditions. With the book published, the CD edited about the collected customs and the calendar illustrated with photos, the traditions and customs in the region are presented and distributed to a wider audience.The target group of the project is formed of people with different interests (ab. 500), who are living on the two sides of the border and belong to different small communities. New relationships are being established in this way, and the collaboration among the communities is improved.
