Asociatia Regionala pentru Educatie (ARED) is an NGO, founded in 2005, whose main activity deals with organizing educational activities, such as: discussion groups, round tables, summer schools, conferences, also participating into national and European projects, supporting thematic projects related to interactive educational methods, cooperation learning techniques, for beneficiaries of ny age, including adults as well. The identified institutional needs refer to its staff professional development in terms of developing organizational competencies and quality management ones, in order to fulfill the main aims of the organization as stipulated in its documents.The project's aim is to develop techniques and methods of working with adults, within formal and non-formal education, leadership and communication skills, also skills of using mobile devices as educational tools for 6 members of its staff, through participating into 3 training courses between nov. 2016 and oct. 2017, in order to use all these skills and competences in the future activity of ARED.The objectives derived from the aim are: developing competencise of leadership and communication; acquiring information and abilities of using non-formal edcuation techniques in the formal education; getting knowledge of using mobile devices with an educational purpose; developing communication skills in English, both for the participants and for the rest of the staff; developing an European culture related to adult education, by using the experiences of this project in other type of educational activities developed by ARED with adults.The participants' profile takes into consideration the expressed educational need of the staff, their increased motivation for self-professional and personal development, their disponibility to involve in all the project activities, also their role into the organization. Thus, the six participants which will participate into the three training courses will be transparently selected, based on criteria clearly defined by the selection comission established for this purpose, offering equal opportunities to all those interested. The comission will be formed from the following: Mrs. Atanasoaie Ana-Maria, vicepresident of ARED; Mrs. Rodica Zimbru, project manager, responsible with the linguistic preparation; Mrs. Onofrei Valeria, trainer, Campan Eugenia, accountant, Livia Hutan, responsible with the documents management.The 6 participants will go to the following courses:1) "Leadership and communication in education", in Assen, Netherlands, organizator Quarter Mediation, Netherlands,2 participants; 2) "The power of non-formal or how to use non-formal methods of teaching in the formal education", in Assen, Netherlands, organizator Quarter Mediation, Netherlands,2 participants; 3) "Mobile devices in education", in Vilnius, Lituania, organizator CREF - Education, Resources and Training Centre, Sesimbra, Portugalia, 2 participants.Their monitoring will be dome both by ARED, through monitoring visits, and the organizing institutions. The project impact will be both on the local community, on regional, and national/international level also, visible in the increasing of the organizational capacity of ARED materialized in leadership and communication skills, non-formal education techniques acquired by its staff, mobile device use in education, basis for the future enlarged area of activities to be developed with adults. The dissemination will be done locally, at the regional, national and international level, through mass-media, by publishing articles in local/national newspaper, on e-groups, on the project website, on the organization website, also difrectly, within different profesional meetings. Thr project evaluation will be focused on the financial evaluation, also on the management of the project evaluation, in terms of fulfiling the aims, developing all the proposed activities, valorizing the gained experiences.The total required grant is 14250 eur.
